Our Suspended Electromagnetic Iron Separator is a vital industrial protection device designed to be suspended over moving material streams. Its primary function is to efficiently extract troublesome ferrous impurities (such as iron scraps, bolts, or rust) from non-magnetic bulk materials in powder, granule, or lump form. By generating a powerful magnetic field, it ensures the purity of your raw materials and final products, safeguarding downstream processing equipment from damage and preventing product contamination. Working Principle:​
When energized, the electromagnetic coil creates a powerful magnetic field. This field, in conjunction with the carbon steel body and internal iron core, forms a closed magnetic circuit, projecting a high-gradient magnetic field at the bottom. As material passes beneath the separator, ferrous metals are captured and firmly held onto the separator's bottom plate.

Cleaning Methods:​​ Two main types are available:

  1. Manual Cleaning Type:​​ Simple structure, reliable, easy to maintain. Requires stopping the process to move the separator away and cut power for cleaning.
  2. Automatic Cleaning Type:​​ Features a self-cleaning mechanism with a conveyor belt that continuously discharges captured ferrous metals, allowing for non-stop operation.
