Test data from a food enterprise shows that the equipment can process wheat flour at a single pass rate of 50 tons per hour, reducing the iron content from 0.05% to 0.001%. It has operated continuously for 30 days without material blockage failures, and maintenance costs have been reduced by 60%. During the trial in the pharmaceutical industry, the equipment increased the impurity detection rate of the traditional Chinese medicine extraction production line by 60% and the product qualification rate by 12%. At present, the equipment has a market share of over 35% in the food and pharmaceutical industries, serving many industry leaders.
